On 12th May, a Thai delegation led by General Montri Supaporn, the president of the Community Support Foundation of Thailand (CSFT) visited Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (KIB, CAS). The delegation consisted of 20 persons from CSFT and the Thai Ministry of Health.

Prof. LIU Jikai, the deputy director of KIB and also the director of the State Key Laboratory of Phytochemistry and Plant Resources in West China, KIB, met with the delegation and discussed with them the potential opportunities for the two parties working together to research and develop anti-cancer and anti-HIV natural drugs.
