ZHAO Qinshi, Professor of phytochemistry. Major research interests are discovering structurally interesting compounds from the plants fern, Salvia, and Viburnum species and so on, and developing bioactive natural products and their derivatives as clinical trial candidates by using multidiscipline approaches, which is combination of phytochemistry, computer-aided drug design, organic synthesis, and biology.
